With over 15 years of extensive experience, she has successfully guided more than 1,500 families and clients through the intricate processes of property development, purchase, sale, and leasing in Nigeria’s dynamic market.
Eka’s career is distinguished by her exceptional background in leadership and construction management, where she has demonstrated her ability to expertly manage complex projects and successfully lead teams to achieve outstanding results. Her strategic insight and provision of innovative real estate solutions have empowered clients to make informed decisions.
Under her stewardship, Eka fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation, believing that strong relationships are the foundation of success. Her reputation extends beyond her real estate expertise, as she has the ability to connect with clients and industry professionals, creating a network that benefits all stakeholders involved.
Eka is a graduate of Economics from the University of Calabar. A. Omoniyi
Legal Adviser
Abimbola is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of professional experience and has advised clients on various aspects of law including the establishment of businesses, cross-border acquisitions and financing, real estate transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, company secretarial and general corporate advisory among others.
She has actively led and participated in property development transactions from negotiations, funding, acquisitions, government liaison to execution of the projects and is a commercial minded lawyer who appreciates the nexus between the legal and commercial realities of clients.
She is chiefly responsible for ensuring Excelar Projects compliance with Nigerian laws and regulations in the operations and management of its business and is conversant with relevant laws governing the real estate sector in Nigeria.
She is an alumnus of the University of Ibadan and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. Her career began in the litigation law firm of Rotimi Fasogbon & Co. and the corporate commercial law firm of Lilian Esiri & Co. respectively and she was previously an in-house counsel in Landmark Africa Group.
S. B. Abdulkarim
Civil Engineer
Babalola has over 20 years of proven project management and executive track record in the management of multi-million-naira projects across Nigeria.
Babalola has a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He is a COREN certified engineer and member of the Nigeria society of Engineers.
He was a Project Engineer with Master Builders Nig. Ltd. and Capital Project Ltd and rose to the position of Managing Director at Mitcherutti contractors. He has also attended several training and workshops in leadership and project management.
